A clean exit is how former clients come back and refer you.

• [ ] Confirm the end date and the final invoice in writing
• [ ] Hand over a full backup and confirm they can open it
• [ ] Transfer registrar, DNS and hosting ownership or confirm they already hold them
• [ ] Remove your admin users and rotate any shared password
• [ ] Remove the site from your uptime monitor and tools
• [ ] Send a list of upcoming renewal dates so nothing lapses after you leave
• [ ] Set the client to Churned and clear the Plan field
