The idea
Review time is rarely the problem. The week goes to a rejection you already had six months ago, a demo login that stopped working, or a reply that argued instead of fixing. This system keeps every submission and every rejection with the reply that worked, so the second time takes ten minutes.
Setup in four steps
- Apps: add each app with its bundle or package ID and where its demo login lives.
- Submissions: add one row each time you press Submit, per store. Fill Decision when the store answers.
- Rejections: paste the reviewer message, pick the guideline, link the submission. Fill What we changed and Reply that worked when it passes.
- Delete the sample rows: every sample app name ends in (sample).
Every release
- Before submitting: run the matching pre-submit playbook. Most rejections are on it.
- Rejected: open By guideline in Rejections first. If you hit it before, reuse that reply and fix.
- Approved: set Decision, then Released when it is live.
Rules that keep this safe
- Never store passwords here. Record only where the demo login lives, such as a vault name. Workspaces get shared.
- Guidelines change. The playbooks link to the official pages. Read the current version when a rejection cites one.
