The idea
Selling the same product on several marketplaces means several review queues, several dashboards and reviewer e-mails that are easy to lose. This OS keeps one row per listing with its status, the days in review, every piece of reviewer feedback and the date of the last update, and tells you what to do next.
Setup in four steps
- Marketplaces: keep the ones you sell on and fill Expected review days from each seller docs page, so overdue reviews get flagged.
- Listings: one row per product on each marketplace, with the status, version and dates.
- Feedback: paste every reviewer request or user complaint, linked to the listing. Tick Fixed when the fix ships.
- Delete the sample rows: every sample starts with Snippetly.
Reading Next step
- Overdue N days: follow up: the review takes longer than the expected days you set; write to the marketplace support.
- Answer the reviewer: changes were requested; the open items are in Feedback.
- Read the reason, fix, resubmit: the listing was rejected.
- Stale: ship an update: live with no update in 180 days. Buyers and marketplace rankings both favour maintained listings.
Rules that keep this safe
- Fees and review rules change. The template links to each official seller page instead of quoting numbers.
- Numbers come from the marketplace. Copy installs and revenue from each seller dashboard once a month; nothing connects to your accounts.
