Follow in order. The goal is a fix the reviewer can verify in one pass, not a debate.

1. Add a row in Rejections with the reviewer message pasted as is and the guideline it cites
2. Open By guideline. Hit this before? Reuse what we changed and the reply that worked
3. Read the cited guideline on the official page, the current version
4. Decide: is it a real gap (fix and resubmit) or a misunderstanding (reply with proof)?
5. Fix the smallest thing that answers the exact sentence the reviewer wrote
6. Reply in one short message: what changed, where to see it, in which build
7. Attach a screen recording when the reviewer has to find something
8. When it passes, fill Reply that worked. That is the whole point of this system
